In the process of forming our partnership, Nimble Concierge Co-Owners Cynthia Nunan and Natasha Smith chose a tagline that expresses our core values of Strategic, Thoughtful, Creative, Trustworthy and Responsive.  It was a great exercise in putting one’s values into words and synthesizing what each of us had been doing for years but now wanted to do together.

Strategic kept coming to the top of our list.  Both of us are college educated problem solvers who have worked for start-ups and large organizations where strategy was always the key to getting the job done.  As we approach any concierge project we find it is many faceted, and we have to be strategic to get the job done efficiently and on budget.  But, always when dealing with people,  their needs and goals have to be kept in mind.

So, whatever we do, we are Thoughtful. We always ask ourselves what is best for the client and how we can we achieve this.  You could say we are always combining Thoughtful and Strategic.  

Creativity is always central to what we do.  Cynthia is a musician and Natasha trained as a Art Historian so you get the benefit of both.  At a recent job, there was a tiny kitchen with very little counter space and no room for the microwave.  One unattractive side table was transformed into a microwave stand and added drawer space where there was previously none.

Above all Nimble Concierge is Trustworthy.  We want clients to feel as if we are their best neighbor and most efficient co-worker combined into one indispensable service.  Personal assistance means that we are in your home, working with your private projects and we want you to feel comfortable and rely on our discretion.

The name Nimble should tell you that we are truly Responsive.  Cynthia’s husband came up with our name after hearing us discuss our core values over and over.   It is a term used in engineering, music, business and it means responsive, flexible, timely and has an element of Creativity, Trustworthy, Thoughtful and  Strategic.
